Services against any Plan Order will be available once you have made payment for Services according to the requirements of the corresponding Plan Order. You understand that certain Service Plans may have onetime fee including, but not limited to "Service Fee" and/or "Activation Fee". This fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the Service Plan unless otherwise stated in the Plan Order.
Payment Method and Terms :-

EARLY TERMINATION FEE: -

You agree that if you cancel your plan before the end of the term, you will pay the early termination fee associated with that plan. If you did not sign up for a term plan, the term for your Service will be month-to-month.
REFUND POLICY :-
For subscription based support; a full refund will be issued if Windows online support has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you within the first 30 days of the subscription. If you have one or more resolved issues, then prorated amount till the current quarter of the subscription will be retained and the balance will be refunded.
